  Installation Procedure
  ----------------------
  1. Login SCO OpenServer as root user. (On maintenance mode)

  2. Using "custom" to install the driver

     A. Prepare an image file

       Copy "GN680-T.VOL" onto SCO OpenServer and rename it to "VOL.000.000"

            # mkdir /usr/test
            # mount -f DOS /dev/fd0 /mnt
            # cp /mnt/<PATH>/GN680-T.VOL /usr/test/VOL.000.000

              <PATH> is the driver directory.

    B. Execute "custom"

       /* A menu selection screen will be popped up */
       Using [->] key to move cursor to "Software" menu item then
       press [] key to get into pull down menu then move to
       "Install New..." and press [ENTER] key

        After the installation process the following message is displayed,

        Press [Enter] key then you will find out that

            GN680-T Gigabit PCI Adapter

        is added to the package list

        Using [<-] key to move cursor back to "Host" menu item then
        press [] key to get into pull down menu then move to "Exit"
        then press [ENTER] key

        Now that the driver is installed in the system successfully.


  5. Using "netconfig" to configure the driver

   /* A menu selection screen will be popped up */
   At "Hardware" menu item press [] key to get into pull down menu then
   move to "Add new LAN adapter" then press [ENTER] key

   If you got a PCI NIC inserted on your machine, it will list as following:

   The above screen let you fill the information of where your PCI adapter
   is located by specifying PCI Bus#, and PCI Device#.

   Note: If you are not sure about the PCI parameters or your PCI Device#
          can not be found in the list, leave them as default values.
          Continue with the following installation.  After the driver is
          installed and the system re-linked, reboot the system.  The driver
          will search for the PCI Adapter automatically.

  Another way to specify driver's PCI parameters  
  ----------------------------------------------
  Another way to modify PCI parameters is at booting
  time, shown as below:
  1. Specify PCI Bus#, PCI Device# and PCI Function#

       Boot
       : unix net.mdi=f3a(0) net.params=(pcb:0,pcd:14,pcf:0)

  2. Auto-search PCI adapter card

       Boot
       : unix net.mdi=f3a(0)


  Note:    The IRQ number must match with the value set in ROM-BIOS
           before you specify this value, please check it.
           The IRQ for PCI bus can be accessed by pressing [DEL] key when
           system is power on and choose the proper select item to set
           IRQ for PCI bus.

           Example: ROM PCI/ISA BIOS (2A4X5C31)
                    PCI/GREEN FUNCTION SETUP
                    AWARD SOFTWARE, INC.

           Press [DEL] key  -->  PCI/GREEN FUNCTION SETUP
